Hourly rate onsite |
From £35 per hour |
Under normal circumstances in a low-risk environment, the lower rate prevails. Client will be informed of rate within this range during the site visit. Hourly rate commences upon arrival onsite and ceases upon departure. All visits to a retained client following the initial consultation attract a 5% discount. Payment by hourly rate or daily rate will be decided through mutual discussion during initial contact. |
| Daily Rate | From £260 per day | Based on a 6.5 hour day onsite (excluding meal breaks). Any time necessarily spent onsite over and above 6.5 hours (excluding meal breaks) will be charged at hourly rate above. Under normal circumstances in a low-risk environment, the lower rate prevails. Client will be informed of rate within this range during the site visit. Hourly rate commences upon arrival onsite and ceases upon departure. | Travel | 42p per mile + 15% VAT |
Travel will be measured from IHASA Head Office to the clients site or the venue of any meetings. Car travel is the usual mode of transport within Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex (except London), Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Befordshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire. Outside of these environs, the travel (and accommodation) expectations will be negotiable. Only applicable where travel by car is necessary. |
| Subsistence and Accommodation | Variable & Negotiable | Under normal circumstances, within the boundaries of the counties above, IHASA will provide it's staff with subsistence allowance. This is based on site visits lasting no more than 8 hours (including meal breaks). It is not envisaged that an overnight stay within the above boundaries will be required. All other circumstances will be negotiated at the time they occur. |
